This special event includes a seated five (5) course gourmet meal accompanied by exquisite wines, a cooking demonstration, private reception the night before for the Master Chef guests, and a book signing of the Chef’s cookbook. History of Master Chef Dinner

Executive Chef Dean Fearing from The Mansion on Turtle Creek "inaugurated" the Master Chef Dinner in October 1992. It was an unqualified success and almost entirely underwritten by Lubbock's leading corporate and medical institutions. In the years to follow, we have been very fortunate to maintain this high caliber of Chefs with national reputations. The guests Chefs following Chef Fearing have included:
